Strawberry Smoothie Recipe-
If you are a beginner in making smoothies, no worries, it is as simple as it can get. With following ingredients, you can treat yourself to a café-worthy healthy strawberry smoothie.

Here’s what all you need to make the best strawberry smoothie recipe:
  1. Strawberries - You may use frozen or fresh strawberries. AamRus strawberries can be used at any time of the year. If using fresh strawberries, add a few ice cubes to enjoy the chill
  2. Low-fat Natural Yogurt or Greek Yogurt – choose whichever suits your taste buds. Yoghurt adds an extra protein punch and a tang to the smoothie.
  3. Milk – Again, you can choose from cow milk, almond milk or full cream milk, whatever suits your taste and calorie limits for the day.
  4. Orange Juice: For this recipe, pick an orange juice that is 100% juice with no added sugar. Again, this is optional. If you are not an orange juice fan, you may skip this ingredient.

Preparation Method-
  1. Wash strawberries (if using fresh) and make sure all other ingredients are chilled before use.
  2. Blend fruit, yoghurt, milk and juice together using a smoothie maker or a handheld blender until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes (if needed) and blend again.
  4. Your strawberry smoothie is ready, pour into your favourite glass, garnish with some strawberry or nuts or chocolate sprinkle and enjoy.

Add-ins:
  • Seeds: Flax or Chia
  • Nuts: Cashews, Almonds, Walnuts or Peanuts.
  • Greens: Spinach or Kale.
